'Crust & Hearth Pizzeria started with a singular vision: to deliver genuine Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Bianchi kin in 1985, our pizza shop began as a humble, family-operated endeavor with recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Bianchi, our founder, mastered the craft of pizza creation on her tours across Italy, learning from renowned pizza masters in Naples – the pizza's homeland. After arriving back to the UK, she was devoted to replicating the essence of real Italian pizza, emphasizing traditional techniques and premium ingredients.
Starting as an unassuming 12-seat pizza parlor, we have evolved into a cherished neighborhood staple, though our dedication to superior quality and genuine practice remains steadfast. Wood-fired ovens are still at the heart of our process, our dough is prepared fresh each day, and we continue to seek out the finest components available.
To this day, 'Crust & Hearth Pizzeria' is still in the hands of the Bianchi family, now with its second generation at the helm, guiding our devoted team. Although we’ve adopted new technologies, the core of our mission stays unchanged: to forge delectable, original pizza that unites people.
